What started as a trip to the pet store for fish for my daughters 12th birthday, ended up being the best whoops we have ever made. Nugget popcorned over the rainbow bridge after spending the whole day snuggling with his family, eating his favorite fruit, and being wrapped up in his favorite blanket. Nugget aka nuggy buggy aka nug da bug aka chunky monkey aka fatty pattaty aka nuggy buggy boo, came to us at 6 weeks old. He was so tiny but his personality was huge. He was nicknamed t-Rex as he was always standing on his back legs reaching for his cucumbers, and still did that 5.5 years later. His favorite time was snuggle time. Whether it be in moms bed, on his sisters lap while she played video games or on moms shoulder while watching the office, Nugget never missed the opportunity to snuggle. He was well known to moms friends through tiktok videos, snapchats and Facebook posts. He came home right before covid hit and was in lockdown with us, laying on the floor playing uno and biting at what card should be played. His ability to take away any stress was unmatched. He loved making it known that you walked past his cage and did not give him attention. He never missed a morning to start screaming at mom the second he heard her open her bedroom door. He was loved so much and missed even more.
