In Loving Memory of Finch

April 3, 2018 – February 16, 2026

Finch passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2026, leaving behind a home that feels far too quiet without her.

Born on April 3, 2018, Finch was, without question, the smartest dog we ever knew. She had a sharp mind, a bigger-than-life personality, and an unmatched enthusiasm for the things she loved most — especially squirrels and bunnies, whom she firmly believed should be dead. She approached life with curiosity, determination, and a confidence that made it clear she believed everything in the yard belonged to her.

Finch brought joy to everyday moments. The arrival of a BarkBox or any delivery package was cause for immediate celebration, and she took her duties as household inspector very seriously. While she never quite understood the inside cats, she tolerated them with patience and grace as members of her family.

More than anything, Finch loved her people. She was a constant companion, a source of comfort, laughter, and unconditional love. The paw prints she left on our hearts will remain forever.

She will be deeply missed by all of those who loved her.
