JoJo — A Warrior Spirit and a Heart Full of Love
JoJo’s life was nothing short of heroic. From a daring escape at a cat daycare to surviving outdoors with courage and determination, she proved herself a brave soul from the very beginning. Loved deeply by Anne, her original owner, JoJo carried that love with her always.
Her journey led her to Angie, who saw in JoJo a life worth fighting for. With unwavering commitment, Angie fed and protected her day after day, year after year, never losing faith that JoJo could someday be safe. Together with a friend, she secured JoJo’s rescue and ensured she would never again face the elements alone.
JoJo’s adventure continued at a wonderful sanctuary, where Stephanie welcomed her with patience and determination. In that haven, JoJo found comfort, safety, and several peaceful years surrounded by respect and gentle care.
JoJo passed in November 2025, leaving behind a trail of hearts forever changed by knowing her. She now runs free beneath the warm sun beyond the Rainbow Bridge, where her story continues.
With heartfelt gratitude to Anne, Angie, and Stephanie — JoJo’s guardians of love.
🐾JoJo’s Poem🐾
I was never one for soft and easy,
I walked my path on my own four feet.
Through wind and snow and endless seasons,
I learned to fight, survive, compete.
I was wild, proud, and fiercely stubborn,
Born to roam and born to stand.
But love found me in quiet moments,
Not by force, but gentle hand.
Day by day, through years of waiting,
Food and footprints in the snow.
Hope looked at me through human eyes —
The kind that never let me go.
A safe warm place, a steady heartbeat,
Hands that asked, not hands that claimed.
A little fist-bump, here and there —
My way of saying love remained.
Now I rest in endless sunshine,
Fields to run without a fear.
And when you feel a brush of whiskers,
Know it’s me — I’m always near.
Don’t cry long; I lived with purpose.
I knew adventure, joy, and choice.
And every soul who walked beside me
Still echoes gently in my voice.
We’ll meet again at golden gates,
Where no more winter winds shall blow.
Until that day, remember proudly —
I was JoJo. And I was loved.
