🐾 In Loving Memory of Stormy 🐾

July 12, 2012 – July 7, 2025

Our beloved and sweet Stormy girl gained her angel wings on Monday, July 7, just shy of her 13th birthday. She passed peacefully, surrounded by the unwavering love of her mom and dad. Though Stormy’s early life remains a mystery, her true journey began in August 2016 when she was rescued in Madison by her mom, grandmother, and furry brother Benny and welcomed into a loving home in Green Bay. From that moment on, she knew what it meant to be cherished and deeply loved.

Over the years, Stormy gracefully—though sometimes begrudgingly—”accepted” two energetic puppies into the Hess family, proving her gentle patience and wise, knowing spirit. She had a special talent for finding the right person to sneak her a treat (though she made it very clear she preferred treats only—no holding, no cuddling). She spent her days lounging in sunbeams by the patio door and never missed a chance to roll joyfully in freshly fallen snow or take a stroll in the backyard while her mom picked weeds from the flower beds.

Stormy brought warmth, comfort, and laughter into every room she entered, and to everyone lucky enough to be welcomed into her space. Her gentle presence, independent spirit, and unconditional love will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We love you, sweet girl—and we miss you more than words can say. 💗🐾
